Booking Amount / EOI Refund
The Expression of Interest (EOI) or booking amount provided by the applicant is based on the terms and conditions mentioned at the time of booking. Whether you can get a refund depends on the project developer’s policy and government rules.
Cancellation by Applicant
If you want to cancel your booking:
- You must send a written cancellation request through email or official communication.
- Refunds will be processed after any applicable administrative charges.
- If you’re eligible for a refund, it will be sent to your bank account within 30 to 45 working days after approval.
Non-Refundable Conditions
The booking amount may not be refundable in these situations:
- If you cancel after the agreement has been signed.
- If you don’t make the payments as per the schedule.
- If any promotional offer says the booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation by Developer
If the developer cancels the booking due to unavoidable reasons, the full refundable amount (without interest unless stated otherwise) will be processed according to the policy.
Mode of Refund
If a refund is allowed, it will be sent back through the original payment method or bank transfer to your registered bank account.
